Is that black eye peas & rice? Black Eyed Peas, usually with onion, green pepper, oftentimes ham or bacon, tomatoes, etc. You can cook the rice in it, or make it somewhat saucier and serve it over rice. I made a spicy batch last time with hot peppers in it. __________________

I always start my Africam day at the Recent Posts Page to see what has happened since I left.
Watch highlights from Elephant Plains here while we wait for the camera to be fixed or replaced.
