  I found this on Africam home page. Information about Nkorho pan cam ...Where is the 30s refresh rate cam Puzzled:  ...It would be a good alternative when cam is freezing in afternoon-evening .....or when the site is too busy and some of us ...can't get the cam at all....or when we are on dial up ....

If there was such a cam maybe I could see a pic of him ...I missed the action ...cam was stuck and I didn't realize to refresh ...even then I could n't get something ...just buffering and buffering

So please africam ....if it isn't tooo difficult ...bring that cam on the site

fani. lol
my last post before bedtime.
LOL..
i searched all over the www.africam.com homepage and found nothing like what you found on the there. (Did i miss a link somewhere ...? lol. Apparently i did)
i then clicked on the link at the top of the page which is the 'CAMERA INFORMATION' link.
I then clicked on the thumbnail pic under which it says Nkorho Pan.
and it doesn't say anything there either like what you are showing me. (Oh, and the other thing that is wrong on that copy you pasted here?, isn't the cam situated on a dead tree and not on a termite mound. ??)

tomorrow/today when i awake...lol..i will come here immediately to get directions from you..lol.. as to where you found it. Hope you see lots of sightings...while I ZZZzzzzzz ...

later, chommie...(now close that laptop and go make lunch for the family. lol ) hehehe

Laughing out loud Elaine...My english is terrible I know but this statement is under Nkorho pan cam information

Nkoro Pan can be viewed on the Africam website on a 30s refresh rate or alternatively live real time streaming with audio on the Africam Wildlife Channel

I suppose they thought to put such a cam on their page....but later for a reason we don't know they cancel this plan

I wish they put it someday on their page....It's is a good alternative

Every cam on africam is on the homepage and exept for Nkorho's streaming cam, they are almost all 30 second refresh cams just as in the past.

That link that smalldog posted was the link direct to Nkorho cam info.
if, under the Cam information link you click on another cam's thumbnail..i.e. Tau..it gives you that cam's info and below you see it tells you that it is a 30 second refresh time for the still pics.
Maybe you saw the '30 second refresh' under another cam's info.???

other than that, chommie, i don't know what you mean..or else i am sleeping ..lol..
or sleep walking, lol...at this hour of my night time. lol
bye for now, and see ya later, today.

fani and smalldog,
all the cam links on AfriCam are on the homepage left edge menu. Click on the one that you wish to view.

For any of the cams on the 'CAM Information' link at top of the page..you click on each cam's thumbnail photo, it changes the info below to info for that specific cam .

I am off to bed ..hope this helps or answers your question, Fani...

night now

I don't know the answer, but, I looked over the website (from the link above) and found this page and some pic's of the lodge and the location of the cam we're all watching!

Quote:
The camera is located on top of a termite mound on the Eastern side of the pan and looks Westerly when viewing the pan.
