Hello, is the sound not working at all?
Sound is fine for me here Lady. Just don't ask about the visual. __________________

I miss my tree also, but look on the bright side, we get to see all the shy little critters that hug the edge of the brush line Dreamer

OOOH kay, my guess is that was one of those white fuzzy things mentioned above? Wish my sound was better! I keep hearing soft little furtive noises under the chuffing and crickets. __________________

What's that you say? You saw King Kong? Good thing I wasn't watching. I'm pleased to see an alternate view tonight instead of all those scarey trees. My sound is improved so I think those spider webs Karin and colleagues cleaned off on the 22nd may have been covering the microphone too. __________________

[quote="owlsatdawn"]Luv your owl Elaine! Thanks, it was adorable. We were driving from Orpen to Satara in Kruger and there it was sitting right in the middle of the road . My friend from SA IDed it as a juvenile Giant Eagle Owl (the same owl we've seen fishing at night on Nkorho cam). Now the new name is , i think, Verreaux Eagle Owl. We saw them many times in the past on AfriCam's Wheelbarrow cam.

Can anyone identify what just sauntered past the back side of the pond. It was long and low to the ground, appeared to have a long tail. I have a picture, I will post if needed. __________________

I thought it was too small to be a lioness, too, but wolfandhawk said lioness on the sightings page. Me and my North American mentality immediately thought coyote.....could it have been a jackal? __________________
