The blue teddy bear is still in the milford point nest!
Simescan at last I found my way to the cam 
and yes the teddy bear is still there...a good toy for the chicks

*** hi smescan *** thanks for the gabriola cam it was just on our global news this morning- this island is about **50 miles south of us just off the east coast of vancouver island 10 minute ferry ride from naniamo - have a good day - and go out and take some pics - lol barry

Ospreys have been known to collect all kinds of objects (shiny or colorful).
I've been watching a nest in connecticut where this pair keeps hauling different items. This morning, there is a bright blue teddy bear resting next to the hen as she sits on her eggs.
