Thanks for your wonderful photos Bella and limpopo. It's so nice to come here to this forum and see birds that everyone has in their area that I might not otherwise get to see here in my "backyard". Smiling

Hi Cerinthe,

The person who told me about the oil knows who to contact in the area - we have a wildlife rescue unit in the area. I hope it can be cleaned - it does not seem to be too bad.

Thanks Limpopo, is it oil what you can see on it's underbelly? It doesn't seem to be that much, but would you have interfered if it was having trouble?
