unfocused?

Hi, I am new to this forum but have been viewing the watering hole for several months and would not know how to live without it! As it became dark there today, the picture is now very unfocused. Can anything be done?
Thanks and glad to be here.

Thanks to all who replied. I quess my biggest worry was that it might be my puter. I'll add anything I need to to my computer to keep going to the watering hole. I love the sights and sounds of this place so much! I have dreamed of Africa since I was a child and I am in my 50's so this sight is sort of a dream come true. I love the country as if I were a part of it.

I thought they had it fixed when they got the new zoom but apparently not. LOL Have to admit, Karin is tops when it comes to trying to give us good views. Smiling The others probably don't have the experience or the time to do what karin does but they try.

According to a posting by Karin (who works at the lodge and is an excellent cam operator) the automatic focus is out of order, and apparently there are few at the lodge who know how to do it manually. I think Karin is off duty most nights, by the looks of it, cause she does a good job.
Hope this information is still current and helps, but it sure doesn't end our frustration, does it! Eye-wink

Seems to be a problem for us all April. Sad I just wish they would tell us if it is a technical problem and if so, is it being addressed. Seems to be getting worse lately.
