STILL can't see or hear anything

:x I haven't been able to see or hear anything for weeks now, since the changes in fact. I'm really missing it, and am almost resigned to the fact that I will NEVER see it again, Sad I didn't have any problems before, I am sooooooo sad Sad All I get is media inactive.

Did you see the message the Africam Team posted?

If your media player is not working and your media player displays "media inactive" This could be related to a number of problems, your internet line, cache memory, compatibility issues..... If you are on a Mac there are known problems please check out www.wavelit.com, they also have a good FAQ section which can help you problem solve and check your system. Often viewers have problems related to their cache memory, so try clearing your cache memory and rebooting your system. Also please be aware that the stream is a broadband stream and you will require at least a 384 kb connection, a dial up will not work properly.

If this does not solve your problem then please send us a mail on info[at]africam.com. We will need to know what system you are using your version of media player and what internet browser you are using.
