Elephant Plains is our only problem left, although we are still some way off to getting it back - no ETA yet

I use Mac OS 10.4.8, both Safari and Firefox browsers, and have Windows Media Player (which I downloaded in hopes it would solve my problems). All I can get is a very small picture that is hard to see. I envy those of you who can see animals. Any ideas of how to get a bigger screen? Double clicking doesn't work. Doing the Mac version of a right click doesn't do anything.

If you are in the skin mode, the choice of sizes will not come up in WMP. Right click on your cam screen, go to Switch to full mode. Once you're in full mode, go to View, Video size, 200% or whatever size you are looking for and click on it. Once the video is at the size you want you can then go back to Skin mode (which is smaller console) and it should be where you set it. Hope this helps.

I'm not a Mac user but have you tried to right click on the cam window? you should get an option to zoom to 200% etc?
