Due to a massive up date spread across a bunch of virus protection software many people have been having problems viewing the video.

Follow the steps below.

You might want to try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files.

When you have completed this refresh your browser and you should be able to receive video again.

Do you have any virus protection programs running?

If you do you might want to set it so that it allows everything from our website or completely turn it off.
