It's interesting how the sounds change when an animal comes to the wh. I was busy doing other things but had the sound up. The sounds became different - maybe a little quieter. So I ran over to the computer and there was ellie
Ooh, here's hoping E & T return with babies!
Thanks Sherran!!! I didn't know that about them. I started a new day, just an fyi!
Hello, everyone...made it back and my kitties have food now.
When I saw the length of the chat pages, I figured y'all saw something big! Okay...guess a big, helicopter sounding bug counts.
About E & T: I did some reading last nite and it seems Egyptian Geese lay eggs in the spring and after the dry season. They disappear from areas they frequent for 28-30 days while hatching the eggs and then will bring the goslings to the place they frequented before. Since SA is just past the wet season, I don't think they're tending to little ones now...so, have no clue where they might be.
Also, wonder if the WH might be taken over by another pair, but since EG all, mostly, look alike...we'll never know if it is them.
yes, thank you for the update on E&T!!!!
Oh good!! THANKS for the update, guys! I was worried about them!
Yes E and T Have been around...But not nearly as frequently
