You might want to try increasing the amount of your buffer. click on the feed window, then right click, then click options, then change buffer setting to at least 45 seconds. This creates a larger buffer than the default IE/WMP buffer - and should eliminate that buffering businesss you see. Generally when the feed is busiest (most people using it), will cause buffering issues because the server it is fed through cannot keep up in real time on everyone's system.
