Too often we find the cam is parked or does not follow the animals at the watering hole, letting them leave the area and the cam just sits there static? It is frustrating to see the head of the elephant and the cam does not move to closer view?? Not many close-ups of other animals either. Often the cam is at wide angle and the wildlife like specks in distance. Just suggestions. It gets frustrating.
Following wildlife vs parking the cam
Exactly. They can't afford to have someone sit there and stare at the camera all day. Just because we do
I believe the people operating the camera do this voluntarily in between their main duties at the lodge. Guess we should just be thankful they bother at all and we often have such wonderful views of the activity.
