Just had trouble logging into the forum and was unable to locate anywhere to contact anyone for help. Did get in by closing the site then reloading but how do I contact anyone for help if I cannot do this next time? Any info appreciated....thanks.

Africam's email addresses can also be found in "How to solve registration problems" in the "The How to's and useful links" forum and the "What to do if you have registration or login problems" topic in this forum.
Thank you Katja. I have bookmarked all of these links....hopefully I won't ever need them

ex-centric, I recently had similar trouble. I finally thought I'd register with a new user ID and it wouldn't let me with the e-mail I'd used (since it was associated with my original ID). BUT...there was one of those "if you have difficulties in registering, contact the administrator of this board" messages on the rejection page. And it had the admin e-mail address so I could contact the top dog of the Boma. It took less than a day, I believe, and Campbell had my original ID back up and working again! I don't know if the admin e-mail address is anywhere else on the site, though.
(What caused my problem was I changed my e-mail address in my profile and then it said my account would have to be reapproved or something like that. After waiting three or so days, I figured I'd set up a new user ID and try to contact a moderator via PM to fix my original account. However, the e-mail I wanted to use was now associated with my original ID so my registration was rejected. That's when I found the admin e-mail address.) HTH! Thanks for the reply Beth. That is exactly what happened to me but I did not find the admin e-mail...I'll look for it if it ever happens again. I had not changed anything in my profile so I don't know what the glitch was. Hope it doesn't happen again though cause I was really locked out of the forum

Adding my thanks, too, Katja! It didn't occur to me to try the help forums for admin contact info.
It's good to know I can find it should I ever need it again, though I hope I don't!
