mom - there really are birds are in the cam tree and walk about or flap or whatever...you can often see the nightjars flying toward the camera. They are so close to the mic, it sounds deafening..... __________________

What is that occasional thumping that we hear? Is it coming from the lodge? __________________

It IS a beautiful picture. The marula tree is reflected in the WH by moonlight. So romantic..............until the jackals turn it into the gates of heck! |
..and a black-backed jackal. Zoomie, you have a great eye!
