It sure has been quite shilo. I have not been on much the past few days, but everytime I do peek in it is way quite. I just had the feeling that "something wild my way will come tonight", so I will hang out for a while LOL.

I live in an apartment also and have to carry laundry up and downstairs. It can be a royal pain in the you know what.

OH my. That would be torture for me. I so hate doing laundry. I think I might not hate it so much if I had a washer and drier right here in my apartment, but, having to sort everything and carry it either downstairs or outside to the laundrymat (like all the dog stuff and towels) makes me put it off every day until it is out of control.

I think you're right. Out with the old, in with the new. I think it is time I just threw out those old socks and replenished my supply. Starting with six pair is a good start. 3 navy blue. 3 khaki.

Guess where I work.......in a nursing home and I do all the laundry for the residents....between 4 and 5 hundred pounds a day. So if there is anyone tired of doing laundry, it is me.

Well, here's the thing. I have a ton of laundry that needs doing. I have this pile of socks, and they're all really old now.

I just bought 6 pair of socks, on sale. I'm seriously considering throwing away all those old socks (except for my two pair of cashmere socks--I'll keep those) rather than washing and sorting them, yet again.

What do you think?

Well now I don't know.....because if you sort of need it then it really isn't irresponsible, is it?

I agree, having someone at the controls this time of day/night is a real treat.
