Problem with the time

I am having problems with the time on the forum.Everytime I turn the page or refresh the time has changed to GMT -7.I have gone to my profile and put it on GMT + 2 but it will not stay.What do I need to do about it?

Yes every time I change the time.It tells me my profile has been updated.

I'm not sure what's wrong then.We changed our clocks here a couple of weeks ago so i changed mine in my profile then, and it's working ok!
Sorry i can't help! If you see one of the mods online i should ask them
