Not complaining, just pointing out that there is a focus problem again similar to the one that plagued us for such a long time in the start of March thisi year.

Night image April 21st was barely visible and out of focus. Day image is as if looking through a shower glass door.

Thanks!

HI all just to let you know that we seem to have blown a few light bulbs in the IR light. The Nkorho Staff are aware of it and will be replacing them as soon as the right bulbs have arrived. You might have noticed that we replace one last night with a spare but we still need to replace the other one.

Sorry for the late reply I did receive a number of emails to this effect, thanks for letting me know.

Any new info on the timetable to fix the IR? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the update, Katja. I appreciate your securing the info for us.

In the future perhaps Campbell or Raymond could update you/us/all Africamers a tad bit quicker after something that affects our viewing so drastically occurs.

AND...the IR has been missing at night on the right of the camera for quite a while. Any official word on what's wrong and when it's gonna be fixed? Don't think it was the monkey visit, it was on the night after the night of their visit.

Africam knows about the problem. They have someone looking at it tonight, and it should be sorted by tomorrow.
