Osprey

Took a walk down to the lake, mama osprey was busy tearing a fish into bit size peices for junior who is not a patient child. He (she) got quite perturbed with her when she paused to have a look around. The other baby (different nest) is already flying. He(she) was in a tree yelling for the parents to "Come Feed Me NOW!" Crow babies are out testing thier wings and parents patience calling loudly to be fed and "Hey Ma what's that funny looking thing with fur?" Three of them sitting on a branch jostling for space nearly ended up trying their wings for the first time by trying to climb over each other to get to the tasty snack Mama was holding just out of reach. She's saying come on babys fly and get it, their saying "Bring it here, bring it here" lol. A family of voles was playing tag in and around a clump of grass, one would hide and jump out as the others went past, have a brief tussle and off they would run to hide again, could have watched them for hours but a crow fley past and they were gone. Nice day, not too hot and nice walk lots to see. Have good day all and be good as me lol
