 3:54 PM temp is +30. Was just over at my daughters new apartment, the people who had her apartment had a bearded lizard( grandaughter calls him her dragon) that they didn't want to move so gave him to her free, cage and all, he's a nice little er big thing ( about a foot long) quite friendly and used to being handled. I was talking to him and he turned his head as if listening to every word. His living quarters take up a large area but her furniture fits in well in front of it and close enough to give him company.
 LOL sundancer - bearded lizards make great pets but...... boy can they smell! Your daughter will have her hands full keeping him amused and cleaning his cage out! __________________

HI CHANDRA AND ALL OTHERS - from east coast of vancouver island - high wispy clouds +20 but up to +27 today - dry dry dry - weatherman from vancouver(airport ) 4.5 mm rain this month average is 45mm day 18 thier with no rain- here in bowser - 1/2" SINCE APRIL 1RST- BUT THE BIRD BATH IS FULL AND THIER USING IT DAILY SEED ON THE LAWN EVERY ONE HAPPY- EVEN ARNOLD THE SQUIRREL WAS BAAAAAAK- I POSTED MORE PIC OF HIM LOL __________________

hi sundancer, and is your daughter raising crickets..to feed him/her?
we have a cammer friend who had them as pets and they like it dark at night. Her computer was in that same dark room as the lizards and she always had typos cuz she couldn't see the keyboard in the dark.
We all had a lot of fun on the old boma with her and her lizards. They meant a lot to her.
Seems to me she also talked about having heating lamps for hers. Not sure about that.
