Trouble With Taking Pics

Hi,
I've got the same problem, so I won't make a new topic.
I did everything what's said, but still I get black images. This link ( http://pixelmetrics.com/Tips/VidBlank/MediaPlayer.php ) is usefull but it just doesn't work . Can somebody help me?

I downloaded MWSnap.. but I'm not quite sure how to use it.. any tips?

For what it is worth, here is the program that we are using personally and in the schools. It captures still pictures as well as video. It is very easy to use and the quality of the picture is excellant. If you are using it for educational purposes or are a non-profit society of which we are both, you get a 50% discount. You can't beat that.
I can't stress enough how user friendly it is and the kids have no problem what so ever using it. After we have captured what it is we want, we then drop it all into windows movie maker and add music etc.
