Can someone help. When I start the stream I can see a picture and movement but the colours is not true. For example a buffalo is ornage. water is pink. There is some red as well. Then after a while the picture stopped. There is sound though. I can hear birds and water. Only a still pastel picture.
Problem with picture
If you are going to adjust your monitor colors? First take away the color totally till you have only B&W, then adjust your brightness and contrast, when that is correct or seems the best it can be..then return the color to a level that suits you..and if you have TINT adjustment ? ..then adjust that between red and green...as you prefer till you see natural skin tones..
Glad that you can see the cam picture now.
You can tell by looking at the daily pics posted under Nko cam what others are seeing. or do you see their's as being too orangy ?? etc. ? on your monitor?
i'll be back later ..good luck
I have found that early mornings in SA..is when the color is at its best on the cams...
Thanks Elaine, I have can now see the picture. But the colours is still pastel. The colours is not just a little. I think it is just a setting. Ill will try to put a pic so you can see.
want to try another URL? this URL was posted in Camera probs forum by mariebelle and verified by cameraman. copy and paste into your WinMedia player. mms://live.wildlife.wavelit.net/451OK
but i must add sometimes when nearing dusk the sun and the refractions do cause unusual colors. But i' haven't seen any orange buffs as yet here in PA/USA.
How smoothly your cam window runs..I have found over the years that it depends on speed of your PC, speed of your connection, and the amount of Memory/megs of RAM on your PC, ..and i also believe that the large number of people who are accessing that video at any one time also affects the stoppage of the cam..or resulting in herky jerky movement, and repeated buffering. One just has to refresh or click on File>Open> and click on the URL again to restart the cam window.
Mine is also working fine
I cant help blikkies ...But for me cam is working fine ....
