The egg was laid by an Egyptian Goose earlier - the geese have now left it. If you look here you will see cam pictures from today and among them you will see pics of the goose with the egg. I just logged on, so of course did not see what you saw - but if it was on one of the branches in the water at NK, it is a frog foam nest. If it was somewhere else, please let us know where it was. __________________

This is exactly what I saw. I just didn't see the egg get deposited. Thanks for the information.
