I am so glad that PP has not shut down. I don't ever remember seeing the cattle egret's any other year so I wonder if we are seeing them now because the cam has been up longer. I can't get over how many of them are there.

LOL, I think the gucks are always having hissy fits.

This snap is only about 1/2 of the egrets that were really there.....LOTS of them this morning.

Hi, everyone!  Thanks for the comments on the snaps.  It was so fun watching that.  I can't positively ID this as Fatty as I've not seen the newcomer....just assuming....

There were so many cattle egrets...they seemed to be everywhere.  For a short time there were 2 Egyptian geese having a hissy fit around Fatty's head.  He reared up a couple times to yawn but didn't seem in the least interested in a guck dinner.  I'll take this late night show over anything network TV has to offer ANYDAY! LOL

Wow, great pics Lady's Mom, especially that one of Fatty and what looks like the cattle egret is right in Fatty's mouth. LOL, thanks for posting them. E/T sure looks close to him though, he is daring!

Hi Girls Smiling

It looks like it might be a grey heron.  When Fani takes a look, I bet she will be able to positively ID it.

LOL!!! There is no need ....You did it very well Sabine Smiling
