Posting pictures - some rules

Hi all,

Please be very careful about what content you post on here - particularly from other cam sites. I've noticed some pics which are clearly copyrighted to Djuma appearing on here recently.

Now I know that at the time they were captured, this wasn't an issue of course. However, it is now. I have absolutely no problem with people talking about other sites and other cameras on this Boma. I'll even add a forum just for them to keep things neat and tidy - but images from other cam sites are a no-no unless we get specific permission to reproduce them.

Pics that you have taken yourself are fine of course. Anything that's in any way inappropriate will get your login name and Internet address permanently banned. Please check with me if in doubt.

I'm sorry ...it isnt clear to me. (My english is terrible ...and I'm sorry for this) All the old pictures we have saved on Africam site, belongs to Africam or to Djuma, Kwa, Tau, Perry institute and so on??
What about the pics we will save from the current cams or the future cams on Africam site ??
Is there any problem to post url here for other sites or pictures or photos ???
Really I were thinking all night yesterday to ask about that (I were sick and it was difficult to sleep lol) ..As I m the first I uploaded pics in the forum...THe first of all it was a mistake as I were trying to learn how to post pictures...but I forgot to log in and I couldnt delete it after that...But then it became a memory game for me...
Feel free to delete everything in my posts that it can bring troubles to Africam or you (...or me LOL)

Right now I'm not 100% sure of those ownership issues so I'm being very cautious. No doubt it will all become clear in time. I will be asking each and every one of those sites for permission and will let everyone know when I have replies from them.

Don't worry about it Fani. Like I said I'm just being cautious. The last thing I want to do is annoy other sites.
