 POTJIEKOS COOKING - Live from Nkorho Cam !!!
On Friday 20 March 2009, Chef Wesley from Nkorho Lodge, will be cooking "Potjiekos" live on Nkorho Cam.
Don't miss this first "live cooking show" on Africam !!! Chef Wesley will teach and show us how to cook "Potjiekos". Jacques will start clearing the area and start the fire around 1 pm.
The cooking will start later in the afternoon. See you all there

 I would also like to thank everyone involved in today's fantastic Potjiekos cook-in. Next time we come and visit you, potjie will have to be on the menu!!! Thank you, also to the ladies and Elton for the lovely singing and dancing. All in all, it was a wonderful day's entertainment.

I do not know what to add except that sneaking in all day while at work was so worth it. I was so hungry all day. Thank you all for the best Cooking show with (I feel) my Friends. Great to see you all and and sorry you had the rain. Nice little Dance Jacques

You okies did a really ,really great job today, all of you. I want to say thanks to all from Elton and the ladies, to Ronnie, Jacques (nice idea jac), Greg, Bushie, to Wesley who was an absolute delight to watch. He's a natural, and has great potential. USA food network could use a good Saffie cook on. The chat room part of this was all abuzz today, everyone one joined in and it was a great time. Thanks to Jono for troubleshooting on the fly. What a guy !!
