** BROWN CREEPER ** (CERTHIA AMERICANA ) this tiny bird starts at the base of a tree and climbs to the top probing the cracks in the bark for insects - then once it reaches the top of the tree is flies to the bottom of same tree or another one and does the same thing all over a gain- a real challange to photo them as they never sit still - __________________

Barry, these last two ravens pics are just so beautiful. A bird in full flight, superb composition and I know it's not easy with a moving object like that. But for me, that's the most beautiful pose to see a bird in __________________

This is a juvenile Coopers Hawk. Its taken up residence in the park where I do my raptor watch. Staff came and told me it was there, and rode me over and back in their "gator". It was very co-operative.
