I think its Baboons playing around at EP, I just dont know what their banging on.

The babs went into the trees in and around the cam and mics at sunset. They are so quiet compared to then....WOW were they ever noisy.

Anyone know the name of the bird with the black band around his neck?  I don't think that is a turtle dove but not sure.

The bird the zoomie was following before the jackels I thought was the cape turtle dove you mentioned so I must have missed what other bird you were asking about sorry.  I am not much of a bird person anyway.

Ok after looking at what other pictures say is cape turtle dove, I don't think the bird I was watching was that... but I still haven't seen a picture of it that says what it was. Sorry.

edited: to say it looks closest to the database as a crowned lapwing.

Noon review ...We had a giraffe...and later a female bushbuck at EP ...then cam stopped

Impala herd came for a drink at NK ...as always this time ...Now it is very very quiet

I was up early here...it was 5:30am my time when I caught a short view of an elephant moving through the thick bushes on the NK cam...was worth seeing it...be it for only 12 seconds lol...made my day:)
