7:28 pm ... The lapwings are fussing again tonight. The rangers were out and about a little while ago, and there is speculation that it may be a lion in the area. A Hyeana was spotted earlier running away with something in his mouth, but I missed that. Altho I did see one stop by for a drink just a couple of min ago.

Quite a large herd of Wildebeest arrived at NK about 6pm. It looks like they all had a quick drink ..not sure if they will hang around for a while or not.

What a sight to sign into ! A beautiful sky at EP and the Rhino family again. They are becoming regular visitors to EP and I would love to learn more about them. Zebras were just leaving NK as I signed on. And it looks as tho I missed a spectacular sunset ! Perhaps the full moon tonight will give is a big show as well.

Any Idea what kind of cat or dog maybe was at NK around 3:45am there. It was just to blurry for us to tell. And I couldnt get a good shot of it. Laura I wasn't watching the cam at that time of day, but I do know that there is a jack russell terrier at the lodge and sometimes a staffordshire terrier. And btw, welcome to Africam

At about 12:52 a.m. there were six "ghost" zebras at NK. Ghost because the cam's so fuzzy! __________________

8:50pm ..Lion roars, Jackals, and Hyeana have been heard at NK this past hour or so . A update from the rangers re: the Hyeana with something in his mouth was posted on NK Question and Answers
Evening/ morning Karen
We have two female lions and one young male lion and some buff at tree in a row pan that south west from the lodge. It's close to the lodge. This morning Repape was by Buff pan also close to the lodge. The hyeana we saw came from the northen side from our open area, Andre tried to find the hyeana to see what it had but could not find the animal. Andre also found some ellie tracks in the area know on drive.
