I finally ID'd what I saw at NK a few minutes ago - it was a Waterbuck - with the white bulls eye on its butt. __________________

Hi Sue, I believe what you were hearing was an impala lamb, to be more specific. Thank you, I had wondered if that bleating call was the young impalas. That adds one more tidbit of information to the "African" section of my head.
