6 Lions just went by and there was a Rhino at the water hole...I was going to say that the postings were slow and then it pooched on us, but since it seems to be that nothing has changed in terms of speed since this new forum has been in place I guess I won't bother.....really really disappointed here.

   We are VERY aware of the problems being experienced at the moment. We have so far traced this to some database issues and are in the process of isolating the specific bottleneck. We are giving this our full attention and hopefully can resolve this speedily. We appreciate ur custom & patience and can only aplogise for the slow performance __________________

For the past two days all i can get is this screen ( Below ) if the problem is only 17 members and 111 guests on line at any one time then reduce the number of guests so that members can get on line but it seems that africam favours the revenue collected from all the advertising rather than the continued enjoyment of all the loyal members who have helped Africam to become as popular as it has become, please address the matter ASAP The DA

Ingwe, I hate to differ with you, but I was getting posting reading problems, errors, and blank pages up until about 4:10am. This Forum is the problem, anything else I have open, including the forum for National Geographic, all run smoothly. This is the problem. I am not sure this will go thru smoothly, but here goes... __________________

Jon, Boma is running smoothly again. From about 19:30 (CAT) until around 02:30am it was very bad. It started slowing down before the lions and then collapsed completely. Cheers ;-) __________________

We see the problem. We havnt got a solution at hand right, right away but u can be assured we are working to get this resolved. __________________

I just did a 21 minute video of me trying to get back to the water hole chat thread after posting and getting the page can't be displayed. Argh... scared to hit the post button I might not see the forum for quite awhile again. __________________

I will try posting this again as earlier when I tried I got page cannot be displayed. Between the forum slow or no posting problems and the cam freezing, buffering and it's stop/go..... it's all getting too frustrating. __________________

Can you believe it? 21 minutes just to try to post again. And I am on high speed DSL with a fast computer with loads of memory. Only this forum gives me a problem. 
Now it is late friday night or early sat morning and it's all running smoothly.
