This is a very helpful note we received from Africam:
Hi thanks for mail, if you are getting a green screen from the video, what you need to do is, when you open up the feed it will give you an instruction to click on the video to activate the option to adjust the video. When you have activated right click and go to options , advanced and video acceleration settings ,untick use video mixing renderer apply and click OK .The video will stop and restart automatically to give you a normal clear picture.

We right-clicked on the Desktop, left-clicked on Properties, left-clicked on Settings, left-clicked on Advanced, left-clicked on Troubleshoot, we slid the Hardware acceleration to None, Apply and OK.
Now we see the CAM image. We might adjust the Hardware acceleration later, but for noe this works well.
