alright so africam plays fine with me...the video works great...no streaming issues there...but i dont get any sound..and im not an idiot...i already sent an email to that raymond guy and he just said clear your cache...dur da dur...yeah that did nothing....if someone had this problem or someone you know had this problem and fixed please tell me...im using firefox...and ive go t dsl...i usually max about 165kb download and about 40kb upload....so i shouldnt have a problem with that....someone PLEASE give me some suggestions

ive tried the clearing my cache
downloaded the newest windows media player
ive got every plugin for firefox that i know of
and i even tried using opera and IE and it doesnt work
the eagle cam works fine though

hey ballroom....i am having difficulty with no sound on one computer...one is just fine, the other no sound only for when viewing the cam...i hear everything else, including those annoying commercials...lol...i am not very tech saavy so after reading what you guys were talking about im not sure im up for troubleshooting this but any "tech for cummies" you could send along my way would be appreciated...both computers are set up the same..both ie and both windows media player version 10...thanks... :lol:

yeah theres no buffer time at all....download is different with streaming though...i stream pretty high....but nevermind i got the problem fixed...i downloaded a huge codec pack...i just dont understand why it never worked before because a lot of my friends computers played it fine...so who knows...but thanks for tryin to help

I don't know much about technical things but 165 KB/s download isn't much. Some time ago I read that the minimum bandwidth required for the stream is 384 KB/s.
But on the other hand, you said the video works great, it's just the sound that doesn't work. :? Can you see the stream without any buffering at all?
