 i just looked at the africam face book siteabout 26 questions asked- only one asks are web cams contributing to rhino poaching the others want to know what is being done to stop it __________________

just had quick visit by ellie at te. Also had a quick sighting of jackal at EP but couldn't tell for sure if it was black backed or side striped since it wouldn't hold still long enough lol. And saw a duiker at NK a while back. so critters are at all the waterholes just slow going right now. __________________

Ti i saw a lone bokkie on TE about 10 minutes ago a few birds by the waterhole no ellies as yet, yes tonight we came home in a minibus straight to your door, no wind whining just blowing not like you hear in the bush or at sea but it is still wild outdoors. Doris __________________

Good evening Doris, hope you will be careful out if you are having high winds there. Seems calm at the cams right now but lots of great pics posted from today and always have hopes that something will show up at anytime. __________________

Good evening Barry, Mavis and Timan and also anybody else i have missed, the high winds have it the UK coast, we in South Cumbria are trying to battle though, i nealy got blown over this morning, it part of katia path. __________________

Hi all. Back again and thanks to those that posted the pics so we can see what we missed while away from the cams. I hope we have lots of good sights and sounds tonight at the waterholes. So glad to hear the NK water pump running so is filling up again with water. Good camming all. __________________

hi on the rhino question i asked that years ago as they do put radio transmiters in the horns of some rhino but the nk ranger said none in the sabi sands area that he knew of A new method for implanting radio transmitters into the horns of black and white rhinocerose click here for pic of transmiter size
