Just a quick hello..had a terrific day in Kruger today, tested out my new Nikon camera, I am impressed...did not see any predators, except for crocodile, but, even if one doesn't, it is always an experience...saw at least 12 rhino, and many giraffe, and to sit and listen to the growling calls of the impala rams are always a joy...some one stopped me and asked me if there is lion hiding in the bush, so does the impalas sounds like, quite extraordinary to watch them chasing and challenging each other, while snorting and growling.

Hi Tman,

I'm sure the community will protect them.  The Peregrine falcon is the Bowling Green State University's mascot!

i went in the den for a while and came back and 4

pigeons on lawn but they flew up in trees

their very spooky - so i closed the blinds and in 5 minutes

they came back  - in total

15   bandtail pigeons   - i had to  open the bilnds just enough

to put lens at the window -   40 ft from  window

100-400 zoom lens
