I suppose I should call it a night, too. See you tomorrow!

Good night Mavis, take care.
Time for me to call it a night now.
Good night TMan, Sue and any lurkers around. See you tomorrow.
I am with cable modem but wireless connection. I am at the top 50Mbps download speed but actually get about 10-20 which is plenty where before I was at 5Mbps speed but usually got about 2 but if it dropped close to 1 would get more buffering and that was with less cams and all running at once too lol.
Maybe thats it Sue - LOL
Well, aren't you just a wealth of information! What ISP do you use? I have FIOS. Mavis, I think that leopard doesn't like girls, or it would show up earlier!
Welcome back TMan. I'll just ignore the part about a leopard showing up minutes after we left yesterday.
hi Sue and Mavis, I'm back again and hope for some excitement again this morning. yesterday morning right after you both left the leopard showed up at TE.
As for buffering a few things could cause the problem if it isn't buffering for all due to interent stream problem. I find that if my cpu use is up to about 100% which seems to happen particually if I am viewing the pics thread and scrolling or if something is updating it will cause some buffering. Another thing that used to cause me a lot of buffering problems is if the interent download speed drops too low to give enough data to stream it will buffer to get enough to play properly then stop and collect more to play. With faster download speed isp plan that has been solved for me.
ok - its just that lag builds up when they run for awhile. I try to refresh every 1/2 hour of so (if I remember). Refreshing doesn't have anything to do with buffering - just lag. By the sound of it, it was just your computer though and I think we all get that sometimes.
Maybe it was my computer, because the Boma was spinning for a bit, too. It all seems okay now. No, I don't refresh because (poor excuse, but) I don't like seeing the commercials. ![]()
