Hello all.  I got here JUST in time to see the Wild Dogs at EP Surprised.

Christy and Dan, I also wondered if it might be the mating leopards at EP Smiling.  I'm not aware of any leopard with two older cubs in the area. Unfortunately, the view just wasn't good enough to be sure. I have company here so sneaking in to check on things when I can Smiling.

Hello I missed the dogs, but then I miss everything good at africam so its not shame Smiling I will see them one day it took me 5 years to see a cat lol.

Back to the Leopards, I assumed it was cubs because its the only time when leopards are social, mating never crossed my mind, but now I assume this because of what Ingwe posted. If its true maybe the female will stay in this area, and then bring her cubs down to drink when they are born, all very exciting Laughing out loud, Maybe the hyeanas heard the mating and came to investigate.

Hi TMan.  I was lucky enough to see the Wild Dogs, but then I stayed here instead of getting any of my chores done around the house.  Oh well - there is always next weekend.  Smiling

hi all, I missed the wild dog sighting but thanks to the video and pics that got posted we get to see what we missed today.  I hope we get some more good sights and sounds at the waterholes tonight.  It is nice that we aren't haveing the noise of the winds to listen to so we can hear the sounds of the night there.  Good camming all.

So glad you saw the dogs, Donna!  No, me neither (about the cubs).

And now I'm really for sure heading out Smiling
