That is strange Poppet, I have tried in firefox and IE7, and it works at both......maybe this link will help you? I hope so:

No luck with running NK from onenetplace :(  I use Firefox, but tried IE as well Sad

Yes, the cam of NK is not working at the popup or the homepage. I have downloaded Silverlight on Onenetplace, and now I can see and hear NK fine on the Onenetplace-site...... 

Hi Elisa...and thanks.  I have Silverlight downloaded already but still couldn't get NK working from the Onenetplace site :(  Maybe I'll go have another try
