Lion Wars           Kinky Tail

Four young male lions forming a coalition recently attacked two lions from the famed Mapogo Pride. For years the Mapogos have been infamous for their sheer dominance of the region. Now it appears that  their reign is coming to an end. This recent attack resulted in the death of one of the Mapogos known to some as "Kinky Tail". The battle took place near our camera at Nkorho Bush lodge, and the sounds recorded that night are quite astounding.
