Penny it is a very long time since Cockermouth flooded  out, that policeman that got killed the bridge collapsed and he  must have went down with it, its shocking  such a tragedy for his family i am going now feeling very tired whether i will sleep all night remains to be seen i wake up about 2-4am most mornings i might doze off then or not, see you in the morning , night all hope the light come on soon.  Doris

Hello Tman.  I agree - hopefully the rain will now ease off at NK and it will give the area a chance to dry out.  Barry, Cockermouth in the north of England has been badly hit today with heavy rain and floods. A policeman died when a bridge was washed away.

Good Africam evening all.  I'm glad to see it seems to not be raining now anyway.  I hope the rains hold off for a few days at least now. But I am sorry to see that the IR lighting for the right side of the waterhole view has gone out so we will have to wait till tomorrow until they can get the light replaced.  Hopefully they have spares there at the lodge.  I guess the estamate of Friday for a fix of EP cam didn't work out either :(  Well hope we get some good sights from the left side and good sounds tonight anyway.  Good camming all.
