Hi Mavis and all. I thought rhino too, but it must have been the hyena trying to get the skull in position to chew on.

The noise did stop when he walked off, so maybe it was just the hyaena chewing on Old Faithful.  I could have sworn I heard a snort & thought there was a rhino there though.

Hi Rattiecat and Mavis.  I was wondering if that wasn't the limping hyena.  Was hard to tell since movement blurs so much at night.  Would be nice to get some good sightings to end this day and start the next now that all can see the cams again.

I guess all the noise was the crippled hyena demolishing old faithful

Hello everyone.  Just saw something going by the top of the waterhole at NK.  Maybe a limping hyaena??

Been listening to something large near the mic for a little while too
