Hi Tman, Is there a second chick at BE? We haven't heard anything yet Howwa. Actually, I just checked the black eagle site and they are now saying that the 2nd egg doesn't look like it is going to hatch this year. __________________

I haven't heard anything about the eaglets at BE. if the 2nd one was hatched or not. When I was watching early this morning they were out of sight to the left too much to be seen when the eagle was up off of them. Blue, on the geography problem.. I not too long ago read that it is a very low percentage of schools in the US that are required to teach geography now. Don't know the exact numbers but was like 10% or maybe even less then that, I know I was amazed to read that. Maybe the hippo in the distance at EP? __________________

Hi krukab, On the road a lot today again, but we took time to check a bald eagle nest we found last year. It had an adult and at least one youngster...

I have a T.P.S "quote of the day" After correcting a man who thought that Kenya was in Japan !!! "Well teachers, they don't learn ya nuffink at school" I love this rich and diverse language. Scary sometimes - isn't it! __________________

hi Blue, Howwa and others lurking around the boma. I got sidetracked elsewhere as usual but back again for a bit with my lunch/dinner in front of me while I watch the cam for a while. Been some interesting sounds from the critters tonight but now seems like a lot of wind and maybe rain kicking up at the waterholes. Hope we have some good sights and sounds anyway. __________________
