hi all. Glad to see that the cam at EP is back up at least. I hope they can get NK fixed and back up again soon. No word on that yet. Thanks to those that posted the pics in the pics thread. Being there was two different IDs for the frog that might have made the nest, I did a google search and see that it could be the brown tree frog or grey tree frog. Some just seem to call them foam nest tree frogs that are grey or brown in color. Guess without seeing the frog that made it to see the color of it, it will only be a guess or can just say foam nest tree frog and be correct __________________

hi cerinthe i just had 6 varied thrush thats a life time record for that many at once their a bird that migrates up and down the mountains\ so thier on the island all year had 4 on the deck at once too this pic through the glass doors - true story __________________

Nice to meet you Panthera P. How pleasant to have a pet duiker, how did it happen that it stayed with you? Cerinthe, one of my mates at school found her after dogs killed her mom on their plot. Because we lived on a farm he gave it to me as he knew how much I loved animals. We raised her but she roamed wherever the wanted. She one day just disappeared and we never knew whether a leopard took her or whether maybe she paired up with a male. Chat again later |
