Wanted to post the new days, then my comp. did not react anymore.

So  had to restart and all new days gone. Had to make them again.

But  they are posted now. So I can go to bed zzzzz

Good evening! Can you believe our luck tonight. We had 2 male Lion and a young female Leopard very, very close to the lodge. The Leopard is up in a tree and the Lions unfortunately went to Kudu Corner and then later on went up north. I really hoped they would come to the water hole. Now have to cross our fingers that the Leopard will pay us a visit soon. Will get back to you tomorrow on who the Lions were. Bush greetings, Karin

Donna, I read your comment (before all my yacking) about the Marula tree being fit for a leopard. Do you remember about two years ago - I think it was Ranger Josh - standing in front of it and talking about one being up it the night before?

I see Barry's logged on, I'm sure he remembers.

We can listen to Jackson splashing around at NK too - even get to see him sometimes.

Hi Swift! I hope when the activity picks up the posters will also. There are lots of distractions with football, Facebook and other things. Good to see you. Sounds like something is playing with the microphone at NK.

I heard that, too, Donna. These headphones I'm using have a thing in them for batteries to enhance the sound. I replaced the batteries a few minutes ago and, wow!, what a difference!

Hi Swift - this is a very quiet time of the day/night.  It is about an hour before it starts to get light and all the critters seem to be sleeping.  So, most of the regular posters here all take a break.
