FYI

Some of us are experiencing a virus/trojan popup which is currently being investigated by admin.  In the meantime Tman posted some helpful info....

This is from a rogue ad and is being investigated.  Instead of clicking on the pop up at all hold alt and press F4 when that window is active window to close it.  If you did click it I suggest you run good Anti-virus/adware/malware/spyware type program/s to check for any infection.

Hi all, just stopping by to see how things have been going while I was away for a while.  Just heard jackal barking at NK... hopeing it is saying a cat is coming for a drink at NK :)  Sure looks like more light at EP too now.  I don't know if any changes of the lights or if they just opened the apature to the cam more to make it show more on the far side now.  I do like it this way even if the foreground is a bit of white out with so much light there.

I think it was lost in oz that posted some guesses but nothing that had been confirmed by any of the rangers or lodges yet.

Very quiet night it seems tonight at the waterholes.  I just happen to check the tembe cam and I guess it froze sometime during the day? It is showing it as daylight there now and I can't tell for sure but don't think I see any movement to indicate any video stream unless it is very calm and just nothing moving now and its a recorded video running?

Hi Chris, I think they replaced the burnt out bulb on the left side yesterday so it is nice and bright again on the left side of the view.  EP even seems brighter to me tonight and I don't think there was to be much of a moon yet.

Hi T/Man - yes, earlier on in my day when I was lurking, I noticed the same with the Tembe cam, but I didn't have the time then to say anything about it.
