yep that is what it was apparently.. just when they were standing next to each other in the darker area make a larger dark spot.  Easier to see them now that they are back in the light.

I saw the brown spot, went to full screen and guess what!? It was a very large brown spot. Glad to see E & T came into the light so we could confirm.

Thank you for the NEW DAY Hanneke. Thanks for all my friends on Africam...wild and otherwise.

A much deserved rest Hanneke :-)  Hi RC. E & T had a turf war a while ago. When they were running it sounded like hoofbeats, lol.

Hi Donna, seems like some times the mic is very sensitive and other times I have a hard time hearing much of anything.

Good day, all! Another perfect weather day here, spent a lot of it outside. These two hummers were nice enough to sit for a photo. I didn't want to get too close, for fear of spooking them off.

This is the first time I've ever seen two at a time. Only see one here and there, but hear them buzz by a lot!

One of my earliest memories of my Mom is of her trying to catch a hummingbird at a hollyhock. In truth, she knew she couldn't catch it, but I sure thought she could do anything. Probably part of the reason I love hummers and hollyhocks to this day.  Smile

The washer stopped. The party is at EP - I've never heard any voices coming from their lodge before!
