Hi Hanneke, and thanks for making the new day threads.  I do hope they get the cams back up soon so the new day can bring us lots of great sights and sounds at the waterholes.  Hope you have a good nights sleep.  I am going to get some other things done but will be back later.

Good evening everyone!  I see that my big sister is lurking here as well.  Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.  I was at our youngest brother's house for dinner Monday night and got to see his new kitchen.  They now have a lot more storage space than before.

It is very quiet at NK.  I can't even hear any of the Jacksons.

Howwa, first your name was on the list, then it wasn't, so I didn't know if you left, or if it was the list's fault.

Hmm.  Looks like my sister logged off before she saw that I had posted.  Oh well, guess I will have to e-mail her tomorrow.  Time for my beauty sleep.  By the way, where is Barry?

Hi, Mavis.  How much snow do you still have?  It is cold here in Toronto but no sign of snow in the forecast yet!  My sister lives near Dryden so I imagine that she has had snow as well.

Hi Sue & Rosa.

The snow is all gone - but it is still going below freezing every night - so it looks like we're going right into winter this year.  Once 2009 is over (very soon I hope), I'm going to pretend that it never existed.  It will go on record as being the worst year, weatherwise - ever, I'm sure.

Hi Rosa, Mavis, Sue and anyone else who's around.

We have had a steady falling of snow all day, very grey day, and still below zero (C).  Should be a little better in a few days, getting some 'plus' temps., so maybe what we have now will melt - hope so, it's a little early for winter, especially as we didn't have a great summer!

I agree, Mavis.  We here in Toronto think of the past summer as the summer that wasn't.  We had very few days that were sunny, hot and humid - sorry, I love the warm weather!  As for last winter, I agree - it was extremely forgetable!

LOL Howwa - you're just going to have to change your awake hours to fit into our schedule here.
