It does sound like that ellie is getting closer. I would highly recommend the procedure for those with cataracts. __________________

Hi Morris, thanks for the great slideshow. yes, the eye is so very much better. when I was young I never had better then 20/100 acuity in that eye uncorrected so last week when I went for the one week post op check I was pleasantly surprised to find that just the removal of the cataract had also improved the astigmatism so I have 20/50 now in addition to the new lens isnt' yellowed like my old good eye is now. They did say there is a bit they didn't get out and want to laser that but I am so pleased with how it is now I am in no hurry to get that done. I think I will probably get the other eye done next summer since it has the start of a cataract. No limitations now just putting in two different meds one drop twice a day till my one month post op check when they will check for the need of new glasses. I would highly recommend the procedure for those with cataracts. __________________

back again for a break. guess I didn't miss anything while I was gone. Heard what I think was ellie rumbles at NK but not real near. Would be nice to see a herd of ellies to show up next for a drink. __________________
