 hi penny their is a pic in the streaming cams that shows two men working on the micrphone at nk all our snow is gone all 18 inches of it just rain now for a week more looking at the weather site

 Panthera, when the lions spooked the buffalo just over a week ago, they damaged part of the microphone system at NK. Hopefully it will all be repaired before too long. I find when watching now I turn EP's sound down and have NK's sound up to maximum. It was a lovely hyena sighting - pity they didn't hang around longer. I counted at least 6.

Do you guys also experience very soft sound from the NK microphones? I have the setting at 100% but still can hardly hear anything. Hyenas just walked by at NK

It isn't strange to me, Panthera! I lived for many years in Joburg so know snow is rarely seen there although it can get pretty cold. edit to add - Hi tigersslave  |
