Thank you for the feedback Janice on the missing controls problem.  Just heard very distant lion roars at EP cam.

Hi Everyone...been lurking while catching up on posts and then went to get ready for my day.

An ellie! I thought I could hear one.

Gerry, T'man, I had that problem with the volume bar going missing on both our computers - both using FF.  On the one I had to go back to the NK and EP home pages and click the link from there and that seemed to fix it. I saved those links to my favourites again.  On the other computer that didn't fix it, but when I clicked on the popup on the left on the Africam page, it was ok, so I saved those links again to my favourites. No idea why it's happening, but seems to be ok since I did that.  I turn my computer off every day and the cache empties, so the cache, or having to reboot isn't the problem with mine

so you cleared the cache and closed all browser windows then started it again and still not working...was this something that just started today and when was it last working ok for you?  Please let me know if a reboot fixes the problem.  There have been several people saying they have had the problem but haven't heard back as to what the fix was or know what the cause of the problem was but I am trying to find out to help others that it might happen with.

T-Man - yes I tried clearing the cache with no luck.  I haven't rebooted for a few days so I'll try that later on.  Thanks for all the help!

Hi TMan, gerryk, Noblos, Cowboy and Morris

I missed the leopards at EP so thank you, Morris, for the video.  At least I saw the ellie both times. Smiling

Gerry, several weeks ago my volume/pause/enlarge controls were missing (I also use FF) and it lasted several hours, and then all of a sudden they were back again after a refresh.  Hope yours come back soon!

Hi Kamunyak and every one else - I tried a refresh but no luck there either (Man! I hate that ad!!!).  Maybe I'll get lucky another day.  lol

I also use firefox.  with the forum as your active window, press and hold control then press the 0 (zero) key.  That will bring your zoom back to default level.

Tried that but nothing changed.  So I purposly zoomed out, then tried Ctrl+0 again and the screen resized properly - but still no audio controls so I'm assuming I'm on the default zoom setting.

I right-clicked on the streaming image and brought up the flash menu and checked "settings" - nothing there about incoming audio - only microphone settings, which isn't the issue.  Hmmm...

have you tried to clear the cache and close the browser and open it again?  and only other thing I can think of if those things didn't fix it is to do a reboot of your pc.  I don't  think it would matter but had you changed your screen resolution?  are you able to see the controls with the pop up links on the left ok?
