I have a canon rebel (Digital SLR plus a 300 mm lens, a 150 mm extention ring and macro lens) but it has given me a ton of trouble ever since the warranty ran out - go figure!
I am now considering cutting my losses and buying the Panasonic FX7 (I think thats the name?) as it has most of the functions that I need but is, according to my friends who have it, easier to use, provides great pics and is much less troublesome than my canon has been.

Barry, I love the pic of the golden crowned sparrow. Very pretty bird. We get the dark eyed juncos around here, the oregon junco is quite different. Someone held him by the tail and dunked him into black paint!

I would like to know too - but I suspect that it may have something to do with the Green Dragon watering hole?
